Rachel Burnham is a group fitness instructor certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). In addition, she holds a Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification through ACE. She is a certified VeraFlow and Floor Barre by VeraFlow instructor and teaches both classes at MOVement Fitness. When she is not teaching group fitness classes, Rachel can be found teaching dance at Stacey’s Dance Studio. She enjoys teaching dance-based fitness classes and her passion is helping people of all ages develop a positive relationship with exercise and movement!
