Hilles has been teaching fitness classes for over 25 years. She enjoys a variety of formats and loves helping people reach their fitness goals. Hilles will be instructing many classes, such as boot camps, spin classes, and high intensity interval training. Her philosophy is to help you take care of yourself so you can take care of others and make a difference in this world!
