I love the 24 hour accessibility and on cold rainy days I can walk the indoor track. I have about four favorite pieces of equipment to help build strength in my knees. My grandsons love the basketball

They have clean exercise equipment and locker rooms. There is plenty of room and with anytime access it’s great early for early morning work outs before work.

Love this gym. I have joined gyms in the past and always felt uncomfortable there. But this gym the staff are nice and very helpful. Meets all of my expectations and more!! Other gyms in the mid Ohio valley does not offer what movement fitness center offers and their monthly rates are really reasonable!!

Great Staff. Clean and well cared for facility! Facility has everything you need (including individual instruction if you wish), soccer court, two basketball courts, weights and machines galore, running/jogging/walking track (3 Lanes so every person can choose their speed). A safe and secure play area for small children. Secure building so not just anyone can get in at any time. Rooms for individual training sessions, and much more! It’s an all around great way to get in shape and be able to have everything you need to do so! No excuses here!!

My husband Mike and I started classes at CrossfitWeld when you first opened and we love it! The coaches are great – very supportive, encouraging, and push you enough to do all you can, while also making sure you don’t push too far and injure yourself. We also use your indoor track to run. The facilities are clean and the staff is always helpful. We love it!

Absolutely love this place. Very friendly and helpful staff and owners. Very convenient location. Large, clean, nice facility. Has everything a gym should have and then some. Totally would recommend to anyone.

Stoked to join a gym that my daughter is excited about going to as well! Makes it easier & more motivating for me. She loved the indoor soccer field!
