Our Instructors

Renee Kornmiller

Renee has been a certified fitness instructor since 2002.  She currently holds the following fitness certifications:  Cardio Kickboxing (All Star Family Karate& Ju Jitsu), Primary Group Exercise (AFAA), Sport Yoga (NESTA), Bodyshred (Jillian Michaels), and Boom (Silver Sneakers). Other trainings include: American Heart Association First Aid/CPR/AED, Telexercise Resistance Training (AFAA), FuzeCraze (AFAA), G.E.A.R. Indoor Cycling (AFAA), Group Rx RIP (Power Music/AFAA). Renee has taught a variety of classes for a broad range of participants.  Her primary goals are to make fitness fun and productive, to allow participants to achieve their individual goals!

Lindsay Mulvey

Lindsay is a native of Pittsburgh who has 5 years of personal training and group fitness experience. She received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Dance from Slippery Rock University while also obtaining a certification as a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. Her philosophy is to use exercise as medicine and that it is for everyone and loves working with the everyday person to help them feel their best!

Allison Farnen

Allison is a certified Strala Yoga Guide located in Marietta, Ohio. She specializes in yoga classes geared towards building strength, flexibility, and range of motion, as well as therapeutic movements to keep the body healthy and happy. In 2014, she was voted one of the 30 Super Awesome Insta-Yogis You Need to Follow by Yoga Travel Tree and became a brand ambassador for Gurus, Jala Yoga, and the Wanderlust festivals. Allison received her Strala Yoga certification in 2015 from Strala Yoga NYC, owned by international yoga teacher Tara Stiles, and has also received certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Pain Science, and the Neurobiology of Yoga. She is currently working on a degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Technology, and has a love for anatomy and physiology. In her spare time, Allison is an avid plant enthusiast and book worm who loves traveling and concert-going with her boyfriend.

Stacey Mondo

Stacey transitioned from student to teacher after earning her ZUMBA instructor’s certification in November of 2018. She graduated from Elgin Community College in Elgin Illinois in May of 1997 with an A.A. Degree of Art. Currently in her tenth year of attending ZUMBA classes, Stacey decided to take her experience to the next level and start a new career in teaching group fitness. She has instructed Dance/Fitness, ZUMBA and Lean Extreme, a sculpting and toning class, at Marietta’s YMCA from September of 2018 to present. Stacey’s passion for ZUMBA’s Latin and international based choreography and music keeps her students coming back for more. She creates a welcoming atmosphere and provides clear directions and cues to her students so they can feel confident and accomplished about the choreography. Cat Bigley

Cat Bigley, is a one-of-a-kind instructor that focuses on allowing her students to thrive as they achieve a sound mind and body connection. Her extensive background allows her to offer a variety of options incorporating healing therapies with breath work and movement. She teaches the fluid practices of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong, while continuing to embrace new styles of body movement, while adjusting her teaching to accommodate students of all ages, shapes, and sizes. She is also a former gold medal winner at the Arnold Classic and winner at Toughman. Cat has coached other fighters to significant wins using her skills to provide her students with the benefits of combative and defensive techniques. 

Cat’s certifications include: Black Belt, Yoga Alliance RYT 500, Taoist Yin Yoga teacher/trainer, Tao Chi Tai Chi instructor, Youth Yoga, Slackline Yoga, Acro/Partner Yoga, Reiki Master Teacher, Personal Trainer, Trauma Informed Yoga/ PTSD, Aerial Yoga, and Yoga Life Coach.
